At the helm of our team is Ryan Adkins, a seasoned construction professional with decades of hands-on and leadership experience in the industry. A graduate of Central Washington University with a degree in Construction Management, Ryan has worked in nearly every role on a job site—giving him a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Under his leadership, we’ve built a team that reflects his commitment to quality and accountability. Ryan has handpicked a trusted group of superintendents and subcontractors—each known for their expertise, reliability, and dedication to getting the job done right. Together, we bring a collaborative, solution-driven approach to every project we take on.

Hawk Building was originally founded by Sam Adkins, commitment to quality helped grow a respected name in the industry. Sam built the foundation of Hawk Building on integrity, hard work, and trusted relationships—values that still guide the company today.
Years later, Sam’s son, Ryan Adkins, launched a new chapter of Hawk Building. After establishing his own successful career in construction management—with decades of experience across a wide range of roles—Ryan brought new energy and vision to the family legacy. With a fresh start and a clear purpose, he reestablished Hawk Building as a modern construction firm focused on Tenant Improvements and Light Industrial projects.

At HAWK Building, we specialize in Tenant Improvement and Light Industrial construction projects across Washington State. Our work spans a wide range of environments, including banks, retail spaces, industrial warehouses, distribution facilities, restaurants, and many other commercial settings. We take full ownership of project execution, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from pre-construction through project completion. Our responsibilities include:
